LilliPad Diving Board comes to Lanier

By Pamela A. Keene

It sounds as though it would look funny, sticking out off a pontoon boat, but the real story is that it provides hours of fun for the whole family. The LilliPad Diving Board has arrived at Lake Lanier. When attached to a pontoon boat, the board provides a stable jumping and diving platform that doesn’t rock the boat.

It’s now available at Boating Atlanta, Park Marine and Port Royale. N&C Marine in Martin, Ga., is the Southeast’s exclusive distributor of the LilliPad Diving Board.

“The LilliPad is engineered to absorb its own shock so that boat movement is minimized,” said Nathan Rhodes, owner of Boating Atlanta. “And it provides hours and hours of family fun.” It’s designed for all ages up to a maximum weight of 250 pounds. It’s adjustable, easy to install and weighs 60 pounds.

A testimonial from a customer on the LilliPad website sings the board’s benefits. “It took some convincing to get my wife to spend the money to buy this diving board for our boat and after one weekend not only is our family in love with our new toy but we saved about $100 in gas because we weren't towing tubes the entire day.”
